Bill received his paralegal licence in 2008 after the province of Ontario implemented the regulation of paralegals under the Law Society of Ontario.
Bill has been an associate of KLP Paralegal Services Professional Corporation since October 2018 and is now providing legal services in the landlord tenant world. Bill has extensive knowledge working in the co-op portion of the Landlord-Tenant field along with regular rental units.
Throughout Bill’s lengthy legal career, Bill has acquired exceptional legal research and drafting skills, and has independently represented numerous clients before the Landlord and Tenant Board, Small Claims Court and Provincial Offences Court.
NOTE: Many searches involving “lawyers near me” or “best lawyer in” often reflect a need for immediate, capable legal representation rather than a specific professional title. In the province of Ontario, licensed paralegals are regulated by the same Law Society that oversees lawyers and are authorized to represent clients in designated litigation matters. Advocacy, legal analysis, and procedural skill are central to that role. KLP Paralegal Services delivers representation within its licensed mandate, concentrating on strategic positioning, evidentiary preparation, and persuasive advocacy aimed at achieving efficient and favourable resolutions for clients.
